KYLE WILLIAMS, 4th DaN

ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR, BUSHIKAN DOJO

Brief info

Kyle began training in traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate at the age of 3 and has over 25 years of experience in the art. Now a 4th degree black belt, he serves as an assistant instructor at Bushikan Dojo, where his fun-loving spirit make him a favorite among students.

Known for being a big kid at heart, Kyle brings energy, humor, and a playful approach to the dojo—especially when working with younger students. He connects easily with kids while helping them develop focus, confidence, and strong fundamentals.

Having grown up in the dojo, Kyle felt a strong desire to give back to the place and community that shaped him. Teaching has become a way for him to share what karate gave him—confidence, discipline, and a sense of belonging—with the next generation.

Kyle is passionate about helping others grow through karate and is a great example of how discipline and joy can go hand in hand on the martial arts journey.
